{"id":607,"date":"2026-02-08T13:42:35","date_gmt":"2026-02-08T18:42:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nomnomtv.ca\/return-and-satisfaction-policy\/"},"modified":"2026-02-16T12:24:25","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T17:24:25","slug":"return-and-satisfaction-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nomnomtv.ca\/en\/return-and-satisfaction-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Return and Satisfaction Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NomNom TV<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>At NomNom TV, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee following the receipt of your set-top box.<\/p>\n\n<p>If a customer is not satisfied with their product, they can request a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions described below.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Return Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To be eligible for a refund:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The set-top box must be returned in good condition and fully functional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns must be made at the customer&#8217;s expense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be returned only after confirmation from NomNom TV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Non-refundable service fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Each set-top box includes 1 month of service activated upon purchase.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This month of service is considered used upon activation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A fixed fee of $25 is deducted for this used month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This amount is non-refundable, even in the event of a return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Refund Amount<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>When a return is accepted:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer is refunded the amount paid for the set-top box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minus $25 for the month of service used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 For information purposes<\/p>\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are generally between $15 and $20, depending on the carrier.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Purchase of multiple set-top boxes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In the case of a purchase of more than one set-top box:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each set-top box is processed separately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The $25 deduction applies to each activated set-top box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer may return one or more set-top boxes, at their discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Operation after the first included month<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>At the end of the first included month:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Service must be continued in 6-month blocks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The cost is $125 for 6 months, which is $20.83 per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No monthly renewal is offered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For two set-top boxes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$125 per set-top box for 6 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total of $250 for two set-top boxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>By completing a purchase on NomNom TV, the customer confirms they have read and accepted:<\/p>\n\n<p>The service&#8217;s operating terms<\/p>\n\n<p>The return policy<\/p>\n\n<p>The non-refundable fees<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NomNom TV 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee At NomNom TV, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee following the receipt of your set-top box.
