30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At NomNom TV, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee following the receipt of your set-top box.
If a customer is not satisfied with their product, they can request a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions described below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The set-top box must be returned in good condition and fully functional
- Returns must be made at the customer’s expense
- The product must be returned only after confirmation from NomNom TV
👉 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-refundable service fees
Each set-top box includes 1 month of service activated upon purchase.
- This month of service is considered used upon activation
- A fixed fee of $25 is deducted for this used month
- This amount is non-refundable, even in the event of a return
Refund Amount
When a return is accepted:
- The customer is refunded the amount paid for the set-top box
- Minus $25 for the month of service used
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

Return shipping costs are generally between $15 and $20, depending on the carrier.
Purchase of multiple set-top boxes
In the case of a purchase of more than one set-top box:
- Each set-top box is processed separately
- The $25 deduction applies to each activated set-top box
- The customer may return one or more set-top boxes, at their discretion
Operation after the first included month
At the end of the first included month:
- Service must be continued in 6-month blocks
- The cost is $125 for 6 months, which is $20.83 per month
- No monthly renewal is offered
For two set-top boxes:
- $125 per set-top box for 6 months
- Total of $250 for two set-top boxes
